HydrogenPro reveals 61% Q3 revenue increase as net profits turn into losses

Norwegian alkaline electrolyser manufacturer HydrogenPro has announced revenue increases of 61% from the previous quarter in its Q3 2023 filing, reaching NOK 220m ($19.7m), while profits turned into losses.

Noting the confirmed purchase order of 18 electrolysers (totalling 100MW) from ANDRITZ that will supply 9,000 tonnes of green hydrogen to Salzgitter Flachstahl’s steel plant in Germany – valued at around €18m ($19.3m) – the quarter’s revenue was 14 times higher than the same period of 2022 which reached NOK 15m ($1.3m).
